Castellum is selling four properties in Sollentuna, in the northern part of Stockholm, to Areim. The total sale price is SEK 361 M, before deductions for overheads and deferred tax totalling approximately SEK 19 M. The sale price is in line with the carrying amount.
“We are divesting less prioritized properties to make room for new acquisitions and investments in existing projects, where we see many interesting opportunities in the near term,” says Sven Stork, Managing Director in Stockholm at Castellum Aktiebolag.
The properties that are being divested to Areim are Elektronen 1, Elektronen 4, Elementet 3 and Elementet 4. The largest tenants are Pronomic, Conapto and Benning.
“In accordance to our strategy, we are transitioning the property portfolio toward higher density in prioritised areas. It is gratifying that the transaction market is active in Castellum's segment.
