Castellum is selling four properties in the Smista district of southern Stockholm to Altira AB. The total sale price is approximately SEK 280 M, before deductions for overheads and deferred tax totalling approximately SEK 10 M. The sale price is in line with the carrying amount.
“In accordance with our strategy, we are continuing to reduce our exposure to the retail segment. However, we will continue to be a major player in Smista, with seven strategically located properties that have ideal display locations along the E4 motorway. The recent sales provide us with possibilities for new acquisitions and investments in existing projects, where we are seeing many attractive opportunities in the near future. The sale price confirms our carrying amounts,” says Kristina Sawjani, Chief Investment Officer at Castellum Aktiebolag.
The properties that are being divested to Altira AB are Spejaren 3, Varpen 10, Visiret 4 and Borgen 2. The largest tenants are Din Bil Sverige AB and Bilia AB.
