Annual General Meeting 2025
The Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held on 7 May in Stockholm.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the Annual General Meeting shall submit their proposals in writing to arsstamma@castellum.se or by post to Castellum Aktiebolag, Attn: Per Berggren, Box 2269, 403 14, Gothenburg. Proposals must be received by Castellum no later than 19 March 2025.
Shareholders are welcome to, by 19 March 2025 at the latest, submit proposals and views to the Nomination Committee, to Castellum Aktiebolag, Attn: Per Berggren, Box 2269, SE-403 14 Gothenburg, or by e-mail to per.berggren@castellum.se.
